  • Tracking: Sent by email within 48 hours of dispatch.
  • Customs/duties: We cover any import duties on Canadian orders.
  • Lost/stuck packages: If your package shows no movement for 10 business days, email us — we'll open a carrier investigation and either reship or refund.
